Terms of Service

Effective September 9, 2026

The service

OpeningsFeed provides a monthly list of newly licensed restaurants and bars in the metro Atlanta area ("the List") to subscribers for their own business-development use.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are month-to-month, billed on the first of each month with delivery of that month's List. You may cancel at any time with no notice period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. You keep every List delivered while you were a subscriber. Fees are non-refundable once a List has been delivered for the billing period.

Category exclusivity

Where a subscription includes category exclusivity, OpeningsFeed will not knowingly provide the List to another subscriber in the same category within the same metro for the duration of the subscription. Categories are defined at the time of subscription and confirmed in writing. Exclusivity does not restrict publication of the List to subscribers in other categories.

Permitted use

You may use the List within your own organization for sales and marketing. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the List, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing product. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your own outreach, including telephone and email marketing rules.

Accuracy

The List is compiled from public records and information published by the businesses themselves, and each entry is reviewed before inclusion. We work hard to make it accurate, but public records contain errors and businesses change plans. The List is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it in the next release.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpeningsFeed's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. OpeningsFeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
