Who we are

OpeningsFeed ("we") is operated by Justin Selva, Union City, Georgia. Contact: justin@openingsfeed.com.

What the product contains

OpeningsFeed compiles information about businesses — restaurants and bars that have received an on-premises alcohol license in Georgia. Records are drawn from public government sources (principally the Georgia Department of Revenue's active alcohol license file and county and municipal public records) and from information those businesses publish themselves, such as a website, a social-media page, a press announcement, or a listed business telephone number.

We do not collect or sell personal contact details of individuals. Where an owner or operator is named, it is because the business itself, or a news outlet, has published that name in connection with the business. We do not collect personal email addresses, home addresses, or personal telephone numbers.

Information we collect from subscribers and prospects

• Contact details you give us — name, company, business email, and phone — when you request a sample, subscribe, or correspond with us.
• Billing details handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
• Email records — our correspondence with you, including any unsubscribe request, which we keep to honor it.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site. The site does not set cookies.

How we use it

To deliver the list you subscribe to, invoice you, answer your questions, and — for prospects — to send a limited number of commercial emails about the service, each of which carries our mailing address and a working opt-out. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and in all cases within ten business days.

Sharing

We share subscriber information only with service providers needed to run the business (email hosting, payment processing) and when required by law. We do not sell subscriber information.

Removal requests from listed businesses

If your business appears on a list and you would prefer it did not, email justin@openingsfeed.com with the business name and address. We will remove it from future lists.

Retention and security

Subscriber records are kept for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting purposes. Data is stored in access-controlled cloud services.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
